Application Fee: $175.00 One Year Membership Fee $499.00 Total $674.00
By choosing this option, I agree to allow BNI 4 Shore to charge my account four times on consecutive months in the
amount of $168.50 to pay for my BNI membership. I do understand that BNI memberships are not refundable. However,
after the first payment and prior to the BNI chapter being chartered, the payments will stop if the member no longer
participates in the BNI NEW CHAPTER.
There will be a $50 fee automatically added for each returned check or declined credit cards on this or future payments.
The only information collected is the minimal for purposes of registering you in our BNI database and processing your
payment and is solely for the use of your membership in BNI and is not shared with any party. As a member of BNI you
will have a public profile on our website that can be opted out at any time.
The BNI website is a secured website and all payments are secured through authorize.net
TERMS
Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member’s participation in BNI shall be resolved
by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the applicant’s BNI Chapter is located. The
Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all
disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives.
Limitations on Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its
franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to
this Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be
limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions
are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary,
incidental, special or punitive damages.
